St. Charles Hall in Meggen
St. Charles Hall in Meggen is one of the most elegant wedding venues on Lake Lucerne. As part of my professional training, I had the opportunity to take part in a Bridgerton inspired styled shoot here and get to know the venue in depth. Its extensive parkland, historic architecture and exclusive lakeside setting make it particularly well suited to stylish wedding concepts with either a classic or a contemporary feel.
Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne
Set high above Lake Lucerne, Bürgenstock Resort offers one of the most exclusive wedding settings in Switzerland. I had the opportunity to assist an experienced wedding planner at a wedding here, gaining valuable insight into the organisation and coordination involved at an international luxury venue.
Hotel Vitznauerhof
Located directly on the shores of Lake Lucerne, Hotel Vitznauerhof offers an elegant setting for stylish wedding celebrations. As part of my professional training as a wedding celebrant, I had the opportunity to spend a weekend here and get to know the venue first hand.
Wasserschloss Wyher
I have had the opportunity to get to know the historic Wasserschloss Wyher in the Lucerne region through the wedding fair held there, where I have exhibited twice. This has allowed me to become familiar with the venue, its event spaces and its unique atmosphere.
The combination of historic architecture, a surrounding moat and extensive parkland makes Wasserschloss Wyher a beautiful setting for classic and elegant weddings.

Cost of Wedding Planning in Lucerne
The cost of wedding planning in Lucerne depends on the level of support you require, the size of your wedding and the complexity of the planning involved. In many cases, the cost of comprehensive wedding planning is around 10 to 15% of the overall wedding budget.
However, not every couple is looking for full wedding planning. I am also happy to support you with specific aspects, for example by providing an independent perspective on your existing plans, coordinating individual wedding suppliers or acting as your wedding day coordinator on the day itself. Together, we will determine which level of support is right for you.
Individual Pricing
Every wedding is unique. That is why I do not work with fixed packages, but prepare a personalised proposal based on your individual wishes and needs. My hourly rate is CHF 100. Transparency and clear pricing are always a priority for me.

The Wedding Planning Process
Planning a wedding is a complex project made up of many individual steps. Having a clear structure helps you stay organised and make the right decisions at the right time.

The most important planning steps include, among others:
1. Setting the wedding date and budget
2. Choosing the right location
3. Scheduling an appointment with the registry office and, if applicable, the church or a secular wedding officiant.

Wedding Planning Timeline
Ideally, wedding planning should begin around 12 to 18 months before your preferred wedding date. This gives you the widest choice of venues and wedding suppliers. At the beginning, your budget and guest list are defined, as these decisions influence all the planning steps that follow. From there, the next steps include booking your venue and selecting the other wedding suppliers.

What is included in full wedding planning?
Full wedding planning includes consultation, the entire organisation of your wedding, coordination of all wedding suppliers, as well as support and coordination on the wedding day itself.
Do you also plan international weddings or destination weddings?
Yes. I speak fluent German, French and English and also support international weddings. I am happy to assist with coordinating accommodation and transport, as well as communication with international guests and wedding suppliers.
