If we decide to embark on this journey together, we take the time during an in depth meeting to explore your story, your values and your wishes. Depending on your needs, I may also use questionnaires completed by you, your families, witnesses or friends.This allows me to create a personalised wedding speech and ceremony that authentically reflects who you are as a couple, emotional, elegant and entirely tailored to you.

Most wedding ceremonies last between 30 and 45 minutes. The exact duration depends on the elements you would like to include, such as live music, personal contributions, rituals or your wedding vows.Together, we create a ceremony that feels just right for you.

Ideally, you should book your wedding celebrant 9 to 18 months in advance, especially for popular dates between May and September.Last minute enquiries are of course also welcome, provided your preferred date is still available.

A wedding ceremony led by a celebrant can take place almost anywhere, whether in a garden, at a vineyard, in the mountains, by a lake, at a hotel or at a place that holds special meaning for you.I conduct wedding ceremonies throughout Switzerland and, upon request, in neighbouring countries as well.

There are many beautiful ways to involve children in your wedding ceremony, for example through a shared ritual, personal words or a symbolic gesture. I would be happy to develop ideas with you that suit your family and your ceremony.If they are your own children, we will also discuss who will look after them during the ceremony. What happens if they suddenly start crying or simply want to be with you? Would you be comfortable with that, or would you prefer professional childcare for this special moment? I am also happy to advise you on these questions.

I conduct my wedding ceremonies in Standard German, clearly, elegantly and in a way that is easy for all guests to understand.I understand Swiss German very well, so you are of course welcome to speak Swiss German with me during our personal meetings.If you wish, I can also create a bilingual wedding ceremony, in German and English or German and French. This is particularly suitable for international wedding parties and multilingual families.

Yes. In Switzerland, a wedding ceremony led by a celebrant does not replace the legal civil ceremony. The civil ceremony therefore takes place at the registry office beforehand.Your personal wedding ceremony then gives you the opportunity to celebrate your love with your guests in a way that truly reflects you, without any fixed rules or requirements.

Absolutely not! Of course, it is an additional cost within your wedding budget, but you gain so much in return, as I have outlined above.Perhaps think of it this way: you can certainly take on a complex house building project yourself, but with a good architect and project manager by your side, the process becomes much easier.When it comes to pricing, every wedding is unique, which means that every quote I prepare is individually tailored to you.As a guideline, you can expect my services to amount to approximately 10 to 15% of your overall wedding budget.My hourly rate is CHF 100 per hour.

I offer a range of services:Full wedding planning, partial wedding planning, wedding day coordination and wedding coaching. Each service involves a different level of support, so prices vary accordingly.Factors such as the scale of your wedding, the number of wedding suppliers involved and the complexity of your celebration can all influence the cost.As your wedding planner, I can show you where savings may be possible and, based on my experience, help you assess whether the prices quoted by wedding suppliers are reasonable.

In your message, please share some initial information about your wedding and, most importantly, your wedding date.We will then arrange a complimentary consultation to get to know each other. I am always happy to meet you in person, but we can also arrange a video call if meeting in person is not possible.If we both feel that we are a good fit, we will meet for a more detailed initial consultation, which can take up to three hours. For me, this is one of the most important conversations in the entire planning process. It is when you tell me your story and share your wishes, ideas and dreams for your wedding day.Together, we define how you would like me to support you and which aspects of your wedding I will plan and coordinate. We discuss which wedding suppliers you have already booked and which ones you still need, whether you already have a particular wedding venue in mind, your preferences for flowers, food and drinks, and many other details.After this meeting, I will prepare a detailed and personalised quote for you. Once you have accepted and signed it, I can begin planning your wedding.Throughout the planning process, we will meet in person when needed, while much of our communication will take place by phone and email. You can contact me with any questions or concerns at any time during the planning period.Contracts with wedding suppliers are signed directly by you rather than by me. However, I take care of the communication and coordination with the suppliers involved and make sure that everyone receives the information relevant to them.Shortly before your wedding, I create a detailed wedding day schedule containing everything needed for the smooth running of your celebration. This includes precise timings, planned programme elements, contact details and all other important information. I recommend contacting me as soon as you have decided to get married and have set a date for your wedding.Ideally, you should get in touch around 12 to 18 months before your wedding date. This gives us plenty of time to plan and organise your dream wedding.Popular venues and wedding suppliers are often booked well in advance.However, depending on how flexible you are with your wedding date, the number of guests and your overall wishes, a wedding can also be planned and organised within a shorter timeframe.So even if your wedding date is already approaching, I would still be delighted to support you as your wedding planner.

As mentioned above, I offer a range of services. Every wedding is unique, and so is every quote I prepare.

For each type of wedding supplier, I will usually provide you with three suggestions, unless we have agreed otherwise.Based on my experience, I can recommend wedding suppliers that suit your preferences, budget and the style you have in mind for your wedding.

Once I know your overall wedding budget and what you would like it to include, I will create an initial budget plan for you.If all your desired elements would exceed the available budget, I will suggest suitable alternatives and solutions.I help you optimise your spending while still bringing your wedding vision to life.The budget is continuously updated so that you always have a clear overview of your costs.

Drawing on my many years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry, as well as the many events and weddings I have worked on, I am very experienced in handling unexpected situations and adapting to changes.Alongside my warm and personal approach, this is one of my greatest strengths.I remain calm and focus on finding solutions, so that even when unexpected challenges arise, your wedding can continue to run smoothly.

It is very important to make it clear in your wedding invitation whether children are invited to your wedding or not.This is a decision you should make early in the planning process, as it will influence other aspects of your wedding. It is also important for your guests to know in good time, as they may need to arrange childcare if you decide to have a child free wedding.There is no right or wrong answer when it comes to having children at your wedding. Both options can work. What matters is that the decision feels right for you.
