Partial Planning
Flexibility is key to creating the perfect celebration. I also offer personalised partial planning for family celebrations such as milestone birthdays, golden wedding anniversaries, other anniversaries and special occasions. This option is ideal if you have already organised some aspects of your celebration and would like professional support with the remaining details.
Whether you need help completing the decoration, refining the entertainment programme or coordinating the final details, I am happy to take care of the areas that still need attention and ensure everything comes together seamlessly.
The arrangements you have already made remain in place while I take care of the rest. With my experience and expertise, I help ensure that everything runs smoothly, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your special day.
My hourly rate is CHF 100.
As a general guideline, you can expect the planning fee to be approximately 10 to 15% of your overall budget. However, this is only an indication, as the final cost depends on the individual requirements and scope of each celebration.
